The psychology behind our website's color scheme
As traders do a lot of reading and often for a long duration, we provide a grayish background for the users to let them have a more comfortable reading experience. Besides that, there is also a dark theme, which is intended to reduce the strain on users' eyes when reading at night.
What is the right sidebar for?
For users' convenience, we have created a sidebar on the right side of every page. In the sidebar, we have a User section for users to select the changes that they wish to make on their account or profile. Besides that, there is also a Setting section for users to do a simple customization on their account. For more advanced customization, users can click on the hamburger icon located at the top right corner of the Setting section. Furthermore, if users wish to jot down some important points or information, users can record it in the notes area of the sidebar. Lastly, there is a news area to let users get a quick update on the latest news.
Can I customize the presentation of the financial tables?
Sure. For all of the financial tables, there is a information icon at the top right of the table, where users can click on to make changes to the table.
How can I search for a specific keyword?
We have a "Filter Keyword" function located at several places such as at the hamburger icon on each of the table and at the right sidebar. Just key in the keyword that you are searching for and click enter!
Candlestick charts are financial charts that show the price movements of a certain security, index, derivative, currency and so on. We are the first ever company to come up with a financial structure chart. With this chart, users are able to understand the financial performance and financial position of the particular company with just a glance of the financial structure chart, which is a graphical representation of the company's performance. Will I receive an invoice once I sign up for the subscription?
Of course, you will. Your invoices will be emailed to you once the payment has been processed and accepted.
Why didn't my payment go through?
Don't fret, just go through the following steps:
Step 1: Please check your internet connection as weak/bad internet connection could be the cause. A stable internet connection is necessary for a transaction to go through successfully. Furthermore, please leave the tab open until the payment is completed. Closing the tab or window while the payment is in progress will result in unsuccessful payment.
Step 2: Please make sure that you have correctly entered your debit/credit card details: Card number, CVV, Card Expiry Date(make sure it has not expired). For credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds credit limit for payment. For debit card, please make sure there are sufficient funds in your bank account.
Step 3: It could be because of payment gateway failure, which occasionally happens. Payment gateway failure is purely an infrastructural issue and, the payment platforms will usually fix as soon as possible.
